1. 🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind after placing the order.
Incorrect shipping address provided during checkout.
Failure to apply a coupon code manually at the cart page (as per our offer terms).
Slight color or size variations due to screen settings or printing process.
Delayed delivery due to courier or unforeseen circumstances after dispatch.


2. 💳 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.


3. 🛑 Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 3 hours of placing it. After this, production may begin and cancellation/refund may no longer be possible.
