Image Requirements: When submitting images for custom posters, ensure they are high-resolution and adhere to our image guidelines (e.g., appropriate aspect ratio, file size between 0.1MB and 50MB). We reserve the right to reject images that do not meet these criteria.
Rights and Permissions: By submitting images, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use the images. We are not responsible for any copyright infringements or legal issues arising from the use of submitted images.

5. Orders and Payments
Order Processing: Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.
Payment Methods: We accept only UPI at the moment. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations: We offer shipping across India only. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Processing Time: As we offer a print-on-demand service and do not maintain inventory, every order will take up to 2 business days to print (processing time) before shipping. Processing times may vary based on the design complexity and current order volume.
Shipping Methods: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. During checkout, you can select from available shipping methods to best suit your needs.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customized Orders: Cancellation requests for customized products can only be accepted within 3 hours of placing the order. After this window, production may have already started, and cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a customized order.
Non-Customized Orders: You may request cancellation of non-customized orders only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, our Refund and Return Policy will apply.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
